Accounting software

It is designed for company accounting, personnel data collection, planning, management and analysis. The application is self-contained. The data in the module interact with other modules and functions of the system.

Main functions of the accounting software

Fast and detailed filtering of recordings

  • Sorting records by one or more attributes
  • Exporting recording information. Reports, lists
  • Ability to analyse staff composition and turnover;

Employment contracts

  • Automatic generation of all types of employment contracts and accompanying documents and interface with the payroll system
  • Option to assign the employee the rate of payment of the Social Security

Option to specify additional categories of staff in the establishment plan (e.g. staff group, staff on maternity leave, fixed-term staff, etc.)

  • To see in the list of posts the maximum working time and post allocated to a particular staff member by the employment contract and the actual monthly working time and post actually occupied

Holiday process management

  • Option to indicate the employee's leave balance
  • Option to specify on which days the employee's leave balance will be calculated
  • Option to change the type of leave days accrued by the employee (from DD to KD and vice versa)
  • Option to change the number of days in the employee's holiday entitlement, specifying from which date
  • The possibility for the employee to change holiday dates, cancel holidays
  • Possibility to assign a substitute
  • The ability to see your own leave and the leave of the department in which you work, both planned and approved
  • Control over the rate of leave for an employee based on documentation provided, e.g. child's disability, employee's disability, etc.
  • Possibility to calculate length of service with a direct link to increments and leave rate
  • Possibility to keep records of refresher training by assessing the periodicity

The module's main reports. Can be formatted and printed:

  • Lists of employees in different sections (job title, department, size of post, type of contract, length of continuous employment with the company, location by address,.....)
  • Holiday schedules (once created in the Holiday Planning module)
  • Staff Appointment Report
  • Staff absences by billing code
  • Reporting to Sodra: 1-SD;2-SD; 9-SD; 12-SD;13-SD
  • Requests for correction of data on insured persons (PT)
  • Notifications for the award of benefits (NP-SD2)
  • Notification of social insurance contributions for insured persons (SAM)
  • Deeds of set-off
  • Benefit applications, Certificates of benefits paid
  • Certificates of insurable income for pension purposes
  • Reports to the Department of Statistics of the Republic of Lithuania: DA-01(If you have not purchased the module "Management and accounting of payroll processes", these reports contain only information on the number of employees)
  • Report on staff turnover within the company and by department (recruited, dismissed) during the specified period
  • Lists of staff (by unit, employed, part-monthly, dismissed, recruited, minors, birthdays, anniversaries), units
  • Material responsibility agreement
  • Balance of unused leave (broken down by type)
