Location: Vilnius | Job type: full-time | When can you start: immediately | Salary: 800 to 1200 €/month in hand

Advising customers on issues involving software functionality via telephone, e-mail, and other electronic tools remotely
Analysis of customer needs, methodological assistance to program users, IT professionals of the customer
Preparation of documentation: preparation of user training material, conducting trainings
Involvement in the analysis of customers’ business needs and processes, coordination of stakeholders’ interests
•Involvement in the development of IT solutions for businesses, budgetary and public sector institutions in the Baltic States

Higher education (IT, mathematics, accountancy, HR)
Knowledge of modern technologies (huge advantage)
Knowledge of working with databases
Similar work experience would be an advantage
Basic knowledge of time and attendance and payroll accounting would be an advantage
Experience in payroll and personnel management/administration would be an advantage
Working with Profit-web or Alga HR software would be an advantage
Russian / English would be an advantage
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
